CIA drug trafficking?

Is the CIA trafficking drugs? Some sources claim that the CIA has been directly involved with drug trafficking operations. Other sources claim the CIA has had secret ties with groups that smuggle drugs, and allowed the drugs in the country. By letting the groups smuggle in the drugs, the CIA is provided with intelligence and material support. There have been many reports of the CIA being involved with with drug trafficking scandals in Mexico, Afghanistan, Haiti, Venezuela, Panama, and were reportedly involved in the Iran-contra affair. The song "Peruvian Cocaine" by Immortal Technique and other artists paints a clear picture of the theory of the CIA trafficking drugs. Each artist in the song represents a role in the operations. For example, Technique represents a worker in the fields, and raps from a workers perspective, and another artist raps from an drug lord's perspective, etc.

If there is money to be made, there will be shady transactions. There is no doubt that the CIA is dealing in some shady shit (excuse my language), but there is information to be had and money to be made. The federal government don't care about the well-being of the common man, as long as the money goes where it is supposed to go, they will allow whatever they want to allow to happen.
