Lowkey

Lowkey, a hip-hop artist, activist, poet, and musician of Iraqi and English roots is another underground/revolutionary artist on the rise. Lowkey was born in London to an Iraqi mother and English father, and picked up the mic at age 12. He has found success as a solo artist and through many collaborations. Lowkey is an artist full of passion, and love for his music and his message. Some call him the "European version" of Immortal Technique, and the two actually did a track together titled "Voices of the Voiceless". You can tell that Lowkey puts his heart and soul into every lyric, rhyme, and track. Many of his songs are about the conflict between Israel and Palestine, the corruption of America's government, and various other problems that plague this world. Definitely check him out.
